Coedpoeth Youth Centre

ParkCity

The project entailed the internal and external refurbishment of the Coedpoeth Youth Centre, a childcare facility located within Ysgol Bryn Tabor, Coedpoeth. The aim of the refurbishment was to upgrade the existing infrastructure to improve the overall environment for children, staff, and visitors.

The scope of works included a refurbishment of the interior and enhancements to the outdoor areas, including the formation of a new play area and necessary alterations to the drainage system.

The internal works involved significant upgrades to the existing facilities, including new flooring, redecoration, and the installation of modern fixtures to meet current childcare standards. The interior spaces were redesigned to create a more welcoming, functional, and safer environment for children. Enhanced lighting, updated heating systems, and improved acoustics were part of the refurbishment to ensure a more comfortable and suitable space for both children and staff.

The external works included the formation of a new external play area, which was carefully designed to offer a variety of stimulating, safe play options for children. The play area was designed with high-quality, durable materials and equipment that adhere to current safety regulations. Additionally, the existing drainage system was altered and upgraded to improve water management around the site
