Un o elfennau caletaf a hollbwysig unrhyw gwmni adeiladu llwyddiannus ledled y DU yw arwain gwaith yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n<h3>Yr Ymateb<\/h3>\n<p>Yn dilyn derbyn yr hysbyseb ar gyfer digwyddiad Cwrdd \u00e2\u2019r Prynwr y prosiect a drefnwyd gan Read Construction, cysylltodd y ddau \u00e2 Read fel partneriaeth yn ystod camau cychwynnol Prosiect Ysgol Gynradd Cyffordd Llandudno. Roedd y digwyddiad Cwrdd \u00e2\u2019r Prynwr yn caniat\u00e1u iddynt gwrdd \u00e2 th\u00eem Read a thrafod cyfleoedd sydd ar ddod ar y prosiect.<\/p>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3>Y canlyniadau<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Ym mis Ebrill 2016 cawsant gyfle i gwblhau rhywfaint o&#8217;r gwaith dros gyfnod prawf o bythefnos. Yn dilyn y treial, cododd cyfleoedd a gwaith pellach ar y prosiect, gan alluogi&#8217;r ddau i ehangu nifer y cwmn\u00efau a dod \u00e2 mwy o weithwyr i mewn i weithio ar y llwythi gwaith cynyddol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Read Construction yn parhau i gynnig pecynnau gwaith ar y prosiect yng Nghyffordd Llandudno, ac o ganlyniad mae\u2019r cwmni wedi gallu cyflogi 9 o weithwyr ychwanegol i barhau i gyflawni\u2019r gwaith, gan adeiladu ar berthynas gyda Read. Yn ystod y cyfnod hwn,<br \/>\nMae McKenzie a Jones Joinery hefyd wedi cymryd prentis. Mae\u2019r berthynas sydd wedi\u2019i meithrin gyda Read drwy gyflawni\u2019r prosiect fframwaith hwn wedi galluogi\u2019r Microfusnesau Bach a Chanolig i ehangu drwy gynnig cyfleoedd i brentisiaid a chreu swyddi lleol i bobl leol.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMae\u2019r cyfle hwn wedi caniat\u00e1u i ni greu McKenzie and Jones Joinery. Rydym yn gobeithio parhau fel partneriaeth, os oes mwy o gyfleoedd am godi yna byddwn yn parhau i adeiladu ar ein t\u00eem ac yn ymdrechu i gynnig ein gwasanaethau i brosiectau mwy gyda Read Construction.
